We’re homeowner advocates first, handymen (and women!) second—and we’re here to make sure your home sparkles and your amenities work as smoothly as possible. 

 

We know that today’s homeowners have busy schedules. The deep-cleaning and upkeep required to keep your home fresh and repairmen off of the monthly budget can be extensive and time-consuming. We offer standard or customizable home and appliance maintenance plans to make sure you never need to scour the internet ever again.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT appliance repair technicians. If an appliance/fixture is broken and potentially needs replacement parts, we cannot repair it. Although, in SOME cases, a "broken" appliance can be repaired with our services (i.e. cleaning clogged filters, drain lines, and general maintenance may improve, if not fix the issue).

We also work closely with certified appliance repair technicians who are capable of diagnosing and repairing issues. If inclined, we will work with various repair technicians to schedule necessary appointments and negotiate repair costs on your behalf.

Effective maintenance before the problem occurs

We are skilled handymen (and women!), trained in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and deep cleaning techniques. We work with you to create a detailed maintenance plan for your home and specific needs/wants.

We perform the necessary and manufacturer required maintenance that keeps your appliances and home healthy, functional, and efficient. This involves an understanding of specific manufacturer requirements to ensure we are maintaining your appliances/fixtures properly, as well as an understanding of various deep cleaning methods.

By maintaining and deep cleaning multiple items in the same visit we can keep costs low and ultimately saving you money.

  • Most home owners neglect their manufacturers appliance maintenance plan until a noticeable issue arises.

  • Not cleaning your dishwasher and dryer can lead to ineffective cleaning and bacteria build-up. Which can then be transferred to your dishes and clothes.

  • Toxic mold can accumulate in appliances and infect the air you breath.

  • You might be spending more on your electricity bill. A dirty A/C unit can lead to ineffective cooling/heating of your home. Clogged dryer ventilation can increase the time needed to dry cloths, and therefore increasing cost. 

  • All home appliances need to be properly maintained to ensure proper function and longevity.

  • Appliance/fixture neglect can lead to safety hazards (i.e. fire hazards, electrical hazards)

  • Appliance/fixture technicians can be costly, especially if it's an emergency.

  • Home warranties do not include preventative maintenance. In some cases, if preventative maintenance is neglected, you may be responsible for repairs.

  • Your appliances might not be "broken"; it might just need to be properly maintained.
